​Managing your Stress Mindset & Building Resilience

This is for the Professionals and Leaders who are feeling bombarded by the hundreds of decisions demanding their attention, causing them to go blank or procrastinate and productivity to dive.

Techniques for Calming an Anxious Mind

This seminar is for professionals and leaders who feel like they're juggling and may drop the ball at any given moment... They feel like they're not quite doing anything right, they're worrying about what other people are saying about them and Imposter Syndrome is creeping in.

They wish to feel calm, able to regulate their emotions and cope better with challenges.
 
This 2-3 hour seminar will guide participants to:
  • view their anxious thoughts with a whole new perspective,
  • be more adaptable and flexible at work,
  • respond logically and objectively,
  • stop giving attention to disruptive thoughts,
  • understand relevant applied neuroscience, and
