I work with women who are suffering with the pain and stress of women’s health conditions including, but not limited to, Infertility, Endometriosis, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), PMDD and other ongoing hormonal conditions.

They tell me things like:

• Their body has failed them - it feels broken. They’re ashamed of and angry with their body and they’re exhausted from fighting to be well day in, day out.
• They can’t completely relax – mental, emotional or physical pain is always in the background…
• They often experience health anxiety about seeking treatment or they’re scared about the procedures they require – asking what if it doesn’t work this time, what if something goes wrong? Scared to feel hope for fear of the devastating crash.
• They don’t enjoy food because they often don’t feel well anyway; they find it easier to reach for easy, and often, sugary snacks.
• They don’t have control over their life – they’re never sure if they can plan for the future.

They come to me with their thoughts constantly spinning, feeling out of control and not knowing what to do next – too often their cries for help have been dismissed so their trust has worn thin. 

I help them feel empowered to trust their body and intuition so they can face their challenges with confidence. They learn to relax and feel at peace, ultimately experiencing less pain and less stress.

How I work

I work with women dealing with the stress and anguish of their women’s health conditions.

My clients revive their ability to feel joy and positivity about their bodies, their relationships, and their life.

• learning to relax, feel at peace and cope with symptoms of their health conditions, ultimately reducing their daily pain level.
• trusting their body and feeling positive that it will do what they need it to. They confidently attend events or chase their dream vocation, knowing their body can handle it. 
• reaching a level of acceptance to be OK with what needs to happen to manage their health. They’re then able to make wise decisions and take the next steps on their health journey, feeling safe to take them.
• effortlessly nurturing their body with healthy food and lifestyle choices with a new perspective and optimism about their body.
• feeling strong, resilient and assertive, clearly articulating what they want from life, and pursuing it.

How I am different

My philosophy is in the name of my business… be kinder to yourself. I encourage my clients to pause any judgement of their thoughts or behaviour and choose to understand themselves in a whole new way. It’s a gentle, yet powerful, shift that enables my clients to be happier with themselves regardless of what is happening in or around them.

When you decide to come to see me, you become an active partner in your transformation and healing. As your coach and therapist, I will use my professional judgement to create session programs that meet your desired outcome and goals – but I ensure these sit comfortably with you too. I never make assumptions nor do I bring my own agenda to the session – everything I do is always for you.

I will always listen attentively and actively to what YOU need, when you’re ready. You will always feel heard and supported to dare to dream and follow that dream.
Not only do I partner with you but I can work with your medical team as much or as little as you need me to. I work alongside the medical model you are within and complement that. It is not my role to replace or be an alternative to medical science.

Coming from a science background myself, I appreciate the need for medical science interventions as much as other complementary modalities. I have also benefitted greatly from accessing amazing medical support over the last two decades (I wouldn’t have my two children without it)!

And finally, I want you to know - I believe in you – even if you don’t yet… I will be beside you ensuring you release the blocks holding you back, and ensuring you build the self-love needed to believe you’re worthy of pursuing your goals.
