1:1 Therapy & Coaching

Are you stuck in a rut of negativity that you can’t get out of?

Then my One to One Therapy and Coaching sessions will be perfect for you. 
These sessions will help you: 
  • create your perfect personal goal/s or desired state to give you clarity and purpose,
  • craft new behaviours, mindset, and beliefs to achieve your goals,
  • process, release and reframe any challenges that come up whilst implementing your new behaviours, mindset, and beliefs.

These sessions are effective for helping you feel:
  • focused and more energised! With clarity about your direction in life, you can navigate towards your goals more efficiently and optimise your energy. 
  • calm in body and mind and able to process challenging emotions so you can relax and feel at peace. With this ability to process your emotions you don't reach for food or binge anymore.
  • confident that you can cope with anything - even in the midst of your challenges. 

You’ll make meaningful changes to your mindset and wellbeing in a relatively short time frame.

​You will implement strategies to change your negative self-talk and better manage this moving forward.

What will happen during a session?

We’ll start off with an initial session, to unpack why you’re here and where you want to go, so you can make that commitment to achieve it. You’ll gain so much clarity as we look at your problem from different angles and create your goal for the sessions. This is the all-important ‘North Star’ that gives you and the sessions a really clear purpose! A component of this session is also educational, because when you know more about the process and what to expect, you tend to do better.

A critical step in this session, that ALL my clients love, is a powerful process that generates the biggest AHA moment and mindset shift for you to stand fully in your power – propelling you towards your goal.

In the following sessions we chat about your progress towards your goal and any challenges since the last session. We then decide on what is the most important issue for the session and how you want to feel when you leave. Then I’ll use a combination of Coaching, Hypnotherapy, NLP and/or Reiki to help you achieve that.

I do recommend a minimum of three to six follow-up sessions, but, we can chat about this further at our initial session.

How do you use the different techniques?

I use these specific modalities because Professional Coaching works at the conscious level, hypnotherapy and neuro linguistic programming (NLP) at the subconscious level and Reiki works at the energetic level. I chose all of these modalities because of how effective, yet gentle and kind, they are.

It’s a powerful combination for deep, long-lasting improvements to your mindset and your ability to cope with the stresses in your life, leaving you focused, clear, and refreshed.
Coaching is used at the start of each session so you have ongoing clarity, ensuring personal & targeted therapies.

If I’m using NLP, then we will work on the programming that is keeping you stuck. I will guide you through clear, step-by-step processes to make powerful shifts and create new neurological pathways in your brain, and new ways of thinking and behaving.

If we’re using Hypnotherapy and/or Reiki then you’re going to relax back on my treatment table and enter a beautiful, blissful state. Whilst you’re in this state you are going to be less analytical and critical, and more open to suggestions, enabling positive change. They’re gentle modalities that allow us to target the root cause of your problem, process stuck emotions and remove any limiting beliefs.
