​I work with people who are overwhelmed and anxious, their negative feelings are leaving them exhausted, their bodies are so tense from all their stress.

  • They can’t completely relax. They’re always on edge and tense, hyperaware, and waiting for the next thing to go wrong. 

  • The ‘what ifs’ demand constant attention, disrupting sleep. It’s exhausting and energy draining.

How I am different

My philosophy is in the name of my business… be kinder to yourself.

I encourage my clients to pause any judgement of their thoughts or behaviour and choose to understand themselves in a whole new way.
It’s a gentle, yet powerful, shift that enables my clients to be happier with themselves regardless of what is happening in or around them.


With my unique combination of Coaching, Hypnotherapy and Reiki I have the ability to see and tune into things from a different perspective. From this unique perspective I will reflect back to you all angles of your story and shine a light on new ways of thinking, being and doing.

what your strengths and gaps are, empower you to find solutions and assist you to find the resources you need to move towards your goals.
