Here at Bekinda to Yourself Therapies I’m driven to empower you to live a wholehearted life. The issues and problems I’ve chosen to focus on are fundamental for you to do just that. Once you’ve improved your confidence, self-esteem, self-awareness, motivation and resilience you have the skills to tackle just about anything life throws your way.
I also work specifically with infertility, pregnancy, parenthood, performance (tests, competitions, presentations), fears, phobias and pain because they are near and dear to my heart, or they can be intricately linked together.
Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Coaching have far reaching benefits and are powerful tools for so many more challenges so please get in touch to discuss what’s going on for you right now. How to get the most out of hypnotherapy?

​We will begin with an initial chat over the phone to discuss what you are seeking therapy for, what you are wanting to achieve and what you expect the outcome of the sessions to be. 
​To ensure sessions are individually tailored to your needs, the next step is to have an initial assessment session. This session is the most effective way to ensure I get to know you and the reason you have come to see me; we can also capture any other issues you are currently dealing with. The session itself can take up to one and a half hours. It is a very important fact finding and solution creation session, plus it gives us the opportunity to establish a good understanding of each other and create a commitment to the treatment. From this session I will prepare a treatment program for the following session/s.
​The following sessions will involve hypnotherapy, NLP and/or coaching. They take an hour. The number of sessions will depend on a variety of things, including how motivated you are, the nature and severity of the issue and what you are trying to achieve; but I recommend a minimum of three to six sessions. The hypnotherapy sessions consist of me, with your permission, helping you to reach a very relaxed, day-dream like state (i.e hypnotic trance). Whilst you are in this relaxed state I will offer suggestions for you to remain in this relaxed state, perhaps to deepen that relaxed state, to address the issue you are currently experiencing and to explore how you might achieve your goal or resolve your issue. These suggestions can be taken onboard by your unconscious mind to make changes during and/or after the session. You will be able to hear these suggestions whilst you are in this trance and can communicate with me as needed – in other words, you are completely conscious during the hypnosis. Once I have assisted you to return to your normal, conscious state we will discuss your experience and can create any relevant homeplay actions to do between sessions. People commonly leave a session feeling refreshed, relaxed, calm and motivated to take on the challenges they are facing.
