Learn to Relax and Feel at Peace - go from Self-Sabotaging to Serene.

Suffering with the pain and stress of women’s health conditions including (but not limited to!) Infertility, Endometriosis, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), PMDD and other ongoing hormonal conditions can be debilitating.

Wouldn’t you rather feel joy and positivity about your body, your relationships, and your life?!

After living with these chronic health conditions for years, women find that their thoughts spin out of control, they feel distressed about painful health flare ups and they feel lost – too often their cries for help have been dismissed so their trust has worn thin.

They’re ashamed of and angry with their body and they’re exhausted from fighting to be well; day in, day out. They can’t completely relax – mental, emotional or physical pain is always in the background. And they often don’t enjoy food because they often don’t feel well anyway; they find it easier to reach for easy, sugary snacks.

These women want to feel empowered to trust their body and intuition so they can face their challenges with confidence. They want to learn to relax and feel at peace, ultimately experiencing less pain and less stress. They hope to reach a level of acceptance to be OK with what needs to happen to manage their health. They want to effortlessly nurture their body with healthy food and lifestyle choices with a new perspective and positive beliefs about their body. And they want to feel strong and assertive, clearly articulating what they want from life, and pursuing it.
