Motivation

So you’ve been putting off starting exercise for a while now hey? Or you’re not prioritising some self-care? Or that book just doesn’t seem to be writing itself? Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed about taking that next step in your career. ​
Health psychologist Kelly McGonical explains the science of self-control, and how willpower is broken down. We have “I will”, “I won’t” and “I want” power challenges. They relate to those desires that seem out of reach – for you that may be gaining clarity on what you want, or maybe you need to stop doing something to achieve what you want, or perhaps you need to start doing something to reach that goal.
​Taking on the easy, mindless, less challenging tasks right in front of us can take us down the path of least resistance; but I promise you that ultimately this isn’t going to get you where you want to be! I’m a believer in divine timing, but I’m also aware that procrastination or fear or guilt or shame are also real and can create some challenging blocks to motivation.

​By identifying, processing and breaking through those blocks and unhelpful emotions and unhelpful behaviours and reframing your thoughts through hypnotherapy and coaching you will be unstoppable. With a new level of self-awareness you will leave feeling empowered to know what it is you are meant to be doing, what you crave to be doing and what will no longer feel like ‘work’. You will know when the time is right to start ‘doing...’ or ‘being...’, feeling skilled and confident to achieve whatever you set your heart on.
