Maybe you don’t have the energy to be challenged right now. You’ve got enough on your plate, why take on anything else? Your life is full and quite frankly, you’ve had enough! Yep, I hear you. I get it.
When you’re feeling overwhelmed you don’t need any more advice. You don’t need any more ‘should bes’. No more ‘have you tried?’ Perhaps one more task would tip you over the edge.
Instead, you crave clarity. You need certainty. You desire autonomy. You need to know where you stand. You want to feel understood. You need empathy.
So how do you get the clarity, certainty, autonomy etc? How do you define your purpose and get clear on your ‘why’?
I believe taking some ‘me time’ to talk it over with someone who has no agenda, listens intently, assists you to reframe, empowers you to find your voice and gives you nothing but support, genuinely helps. And what if that person also helped you to reach the most devine state of relaxation whilst you worked through your desires? Would you be interested?
